XL PRO Staffing & Consulting is seeking experienced and inexperienced individuals for porter/Groundskeeper positions in the apartment industry!

XL PRO Staffing & Consulting provides staff to apartment communities across the DFW/Houston area! With the benefits of having a flexible schedule and location placement, candidates can choose to work at more than one community until they find the company, team, and role that meets their permanent employment needs. This position reports to the maintenance supervisor or property manager and requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions. Maintain the outside of apartment communities and insure that It is kept clean.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Must be able to install appliances.

Lift and carry 30 lb. upstairs.

Grounds care. Pick-up trash
-
Keep property, management office, landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and picking up any trash littering the grounds.

Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways as needed.

Clean vacant apartments between residents
-
Keep mail rooms clean--pick up trash, sweep floors, remove dated notices from bulletin boards, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Construction, hotel/apartment or general janitorial experience or a basic want to join the apartment industry.

Have dependable transportation to and from work.

Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability.

Enjoy working with others and taking directions when needed.

Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and customers
